Hi, I am having trouble sending Logs to a Customer Log Module that is located behind another firewall. Setup: 1)Site A - Provider-1 2)Site B - Firewall-B + Customer Log Module(CLM) 3)Site C - Firewall-C Details; 1) Site A & B have been operational for some time. 2) Firewall-B logs to Customer Log Module that is sitting behind the firewall-B. 3) The CLM is NATed to a Valid IP address. 4) Firewall-C is being installed. 5) Firewall-C has the same Management Station (Provider-1) as Firewall B. 6) Am able to push policies on to Firewall-C from provider-1 Problem: CLM is not logging Firewall-C. LOG: Firewall-B's log shows the following after Putkey Operation. Source : Firewall-C Destination :CLM Service :FW_LOG Source Port:4153 Action :Accept Info : Source : CLM Destination :Firewall-C Service :4165 Source Port:FW_LOG Action :DROP Info : "reason:Unknown established TCP Packet" Thanks In Advance.
