[FW-1] VPN unregistered user

I'm running FW-1 SP5 on NT, using SecurID as authentication.   Hybrid
mode IKE.

Most of my users have no problems, but I have two that are both
experiencing the same problem...   they can authenticate and create a
new PIN for their tokens via Secure Client, but cannot get anywhere
from there.

In the Log Viewer, I see a red "authcrypt" action with the info line :
client encryption: reason: user authenticated by securid.   The ACE
Server log simply says that the PIN was accepted.

The weird part is that in the polsrvd.elg file, I see a line like:

[158@firewall] unregistered user ´
, ip xx.xx.xx.xx

I've tried deleting and recreating the user accounts to no avail.  Has
anyone come across such a thing before?
