Leandro, If you go to Trends help site you can search on that error message and it will show you some entries you can make into the objects.C conf file to allow certain types of encoding that is blocked by default. One of the issue numbers on Trend's site is 6811. Additional articles are available on Checkpoint's help site. Any other questions let me know.
