[FW-1] Internet Connector Rules

We are in the process of migrating to Exchange 5.5.
To get the Internet mail connector working, I have set up the following
rules:

Incoming: Any  -  FW external address - Smtp, with a resource of our
Exchange Server IP - Accept.
Outgoing: Exchange Server - Any - SMTP - Accept.

Do these rules look correct? If not, any help would be appreciated.
