[FW-1] METAIP 4.1 vs NG

I have METAIP 4.1 and FW1 4.1

It will be a while before I go to NG on FW1, but
I would like to upgrade my METAIP to NG.

I have already downloaded it, and the pdf's look like
it's a real nice product.

Anyone have any advice on if it matters if
I upgrade my METAIP to NG while I stay on 4.1 of
FW1?
