dmesg will show it, unless you have not rebooted in a very long time, in which case you can dig back through the /var/log/messages.x files.  gunzip them, then `cat filename | grep CPU`.

ipsctl -i will give you a menu-based interface; hw:cpu:0 will tell you the type, but not the speed.

and Speed
the Nokia IP330 is using.
I do not feel like rebooting the box.
