[FW-1] Access and Anit Spoofing

Hi all

I think i have a problem with Anti Spoofing , we have
a network that has the firewall on, which is on
194.196.0.0 , and we have a network that comes
internally into that network on an ip address of
172.0.0.0 , but when people from the 172.0.0.0 network
try and connect, they get dropped be of a Syn-Ack
TimeOut, even tho there is a rule that allows
172.0.0.0 to Any Accept.

is this bec of Anti Spoofing.
