Hi I need to allow some of our users to have access to MSN messenger, but I am always returned with the message: Signing in to MSN Messenger Service failed becuase the service is not responding. The service is not available or youmay not be connected to the Intenet. Obviously this is not the case as we are connected through a direct pipe via our firewall, which works fine when accessing the internet but not using msn messenger do I neeed to open a port and if so which ones. I have tried the ports you setup, 5800, 5801, etc. and this does not seem to work. What am I missing?
