On FW1 4.x and up running on NT, two ways to get rid of it are: 1) do a fwstop, then delete the files in the log directory; or 2) open the log viewer, select file....purge. >>> [email protected] 11/26/01 11:11AM >>> Hi all: Someone can help me to destroy this growing and growing log file, that I cannot understand what it mean?? What's pingd.elg ?? The actual size is 1,9 GB and it's constantly opened with the firewall. I cannot delete it. Some similar bad experience?? Pl. help, my server have limited resources...
