If you have have CheckPoint 4.1 and hgher, issue the FW PRINTLIC command -- the CK-x-yyyy-zzzz is the Cert Key(s) for your license(s). Take that to the CheckPoint User Center, and get a copy of your current license(s), load onto the new HW when ready.
