For CKPfw 4.x you'll usually find these files at /etc/fw/conf/ - defaults are objects.C and Standard.W As for reloading: locate your fw file ( usually /opt/CKPfw/bin/fw ) and issue a reload (typically "./fw load Standard.W localhost"). Highly recommended to make a backup of your files prior to editing.
