[FW-1] Radius problem

I hope someone can help me. I’m trying to setup radius authentication for SecuRemote users. However, whenever I try to do an authentication, FW1 is giving me:

 

Failed to generate RADIUS auth request

 

The radius server is IAS on W2K. I don’t think any traffic is even hitting the radius server, as there is nothing in the radius logs at all.

 

In FW1, the firewall object is setup to allow radius authentication. I’ve created a radius object, put in the same shared secret but nothing happens.

 

I’ve tried two different radius servers, and had the same problem with each, so I don’t think it’s a radius server prob.

 

I get the error if I try with SecuRemote, or if I telnet into port 259 of the firewall.

 

Any help or suggestions gratefully received.
