Not necessarily. Say you have a pair of T-1 connections. You'll need at
least a 2600 to handle the load. This is usually higher in cost compared to
the cost of an unlimited VIG upgrade on the existing module. More
importantly, it introduces another single point of failure.

Except it would probably be way cheaper to add a CISCO Router between the
two Internet link and the FW-1 and so keep only one external interface
than to pay to upgrade from a limited to unlimited license...
