[FW-1] No answer from firewall

Help,


After installing sp5 on the firewall 4.1,   my secure remote users cannot
connect.

They get a message that pops up saying "Error:No answer received from a
firewall at site x"

It all worked fine with sp4

Currently I am using FWZ encryption.


We are moving to IKE encryption and it works but there are too many users to
do at once.
