Read the release notes of the latest SP's, it is described in there
and should be solved as from SP4 if I recall

In installing a sp I occurred the following error when I check rules
consistency.
"error : Time Object can not be greater then 11 characters in length".
After I adjusted the naming convention of my time objects (reduce them to
less then 11 characters) the problem was resolved.
Does anyone have an explanation ?
