I actually just used the study guide from http://www.cramsession.com and the short practice exam that was available on Checkpoints website. I did also take the class but found that, as long as you have a base knowledge and understanding of checkpoint, learn the various default settings (and where to change different properties) with the GUI, and memorize the cramsession, the exam is quite easy.
