This is listed in the relase notes of the service pack,
which is a separate file you can get from the download
site. (So you don't have to get whole SP first).
I haven't got it here, but my guess is: yes.
Usually, these service packs are differential,
not just incremental, meaning they hold all fixes up to that
point. (This might not _always_ be true, so read the release notes!)
