On the nokia platform you just need to delete the line in the fwauth.keys file in the directory $FWDIR/conf. If you delete both the lines on the firewall and management station then you can just do a new "fw putkey -p newkey ip address". I'm sure it in similar on NT or Unix. Im not sure or a way to find out the orginal putkey.
