Sean,
You offer SNTP on your firewall? I don't think offering any other services
on a firewall is such a good idea. It's just one more thing to keep you
awake at night :) Why not more the time service to another box that the
clients already have to access? A file server comes to mind.

I use a free SNTP Win32 client, on all of my computers, and have them sync
up to the firewall.  It works like a charm.
