What OS's you running? If supported, do a 'route print' (windows) or netstat -nvr (unix) and compare your default and static routes. It has to be a routing issue. The problem PC knows about your work networks but not about the rest of the Internet. Start by comparing your routing. Hal -----Original Message----- From: Timothy K. I have a home computer network which is connected to the internet behind a d-link firewall/router(701 model) through a cable modem. One of my PC's can ping all the routers, DNS servers, and my work network. But when I try to ping or connect to a website it times out. I can traceroute to work, but not any websites. All of my other PC's have no problem connecting to anything, mail web,...etc. any suggestions? Thanks, Tim --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
