This is somewhat unclear. You should check, and maybe send some more details on, the following: Exactly _what_ are you trying to ping, and from where? How did you set up NAT and anti-spoofing? What does your firewall log when you do the ping? Did you actually allow ping to go through the firewall? (You must explicitly allow ICMP, an "any any accept" rule is not enough). Here I have two differnet fake IP classes of course also real IP which I can have access to the outside.
