I know this is slightly off topic, but ConnectControl is a
module in FW1 so no one should mind.
Has anyone any experience of using this for load
balancing, specifically we have the following scenario:
1 x Live web farm consisting of a
number of web servers
1 x Hot standby web farm which is
identical to the live one
We want ALL traffic to go to the live farm UNLESS at least
75% of the live farm fails then ALL traffic should be diverted automatically to
the standby machines.
Will ConnectControl do this, or something very similar?
Any help is much appreciated.
