Sure.  Go to Properties under your policy editor. It's under the "Log and alert" tab.
(mail alert command).  Then in yoiur rule base in the "track" field just use mail instead of
log.  Personally, I  would not do this as unless you're very selective you're going to get 
reams of mail..
