[FW1] Setting up Management station

Good afternoon folks,
I am trying to setup a FW-1v4.1 management station on a Sun Solaris box
U5-400MHZ 256MB mem. I have scoured the PDFs for info on setting it up, either
my eyes have gotten bad or I missed something, trying to find out how to set
this up. Eventually we will have four FWs only to manage.
Currently I have installed this and the license is accepted. One of the
questions are, Is the daemon suppose to be
running?
Currently, I have two (2) FW-1v4.0 with enterprise liceneses that are
operational. We are migrating to v 4.1 with one management station and four
FW only.
Any advise is appreciated on how this is done....
