Bob, 1) You should have only 1 default gateway and it should be your internet router in this case. 2) If I understood it right, when you're in the external segment (the one connected to the internet) you have no access to the 206.67 network. Do you have a route on the external router to have the packets with dest=206.67 to be routed VIA your external fw interface? 3) Are the netmasks for the 206.67 and 206.43 set right?
