RE: [FW1] VRRP and Backup Link

That would work for outgoing traffic, how about incoming traffic to your
network? You will need a way to advertise your network to the rest of
internet(BGP); if you don't want to deal with BGP, RADWARE
http://www.radware.com has a product called LinkProof that works with DNS
servers to handle load balancing/fail-over using more than one ISP. I'm sure
there are others as well.

Subject: [FW1] VRRP and Backup Link

Hi,

Is it enough to use VRRP to setup a fail over scheme using two
providers, one for backup link, on an automated basis (without modify
routes and default getway)?

What other solutions do exist to reach this goal?

Thanks in advance,

Manuel Cabrera
