Tom,

   The CP equivalent to a tail -f is  : fw log -nft.

   If name resolution is need try fw log -ft ... but it's much slower.

Hello all -

Does anyone have a good idea on how to continuously extract the log data
into ascii form as it is being written to?

If the log was written in ascii, I could do something like tail -f logfile.
