[FW1] SecuRemote on Win2K
I have a user with a laptop running Win2K SP1 with SecuRemote 4185 DES that
is having some unusual problems. He claims that every hour his computer
loses it's connection. Once this happens, he loses all connectivity to the
network whether its part of the encryption domain or not. I cannot even
ping the computer by IP address. This happens on both his dialup adapter as
well as his network adapter (SR is bound to both).
I have tried SR 4176 DES with the same problems. He is running the latest
drivers for the modem and network card. Power saving features have been
disabled. Anyone got any ideas?
