If you paid for the Software Subscription, all you have to do is register your subscription and request a username and password from Checkpoint to access the download area. It's all on the license portion of the CP site. I download patches, new builds, etc. all of the time. Register at http://license.checkpoint.com/maintenance/registration. Now, if your reseller is telling you that you can't access the site so that you have to pay them to do it for you, they're just full of s*** and probably even doing something illegal. If this is case, I'd confirm that you do in fact have the subscription (so that you're not premature with any accusations) and then I'd post their name to list and give 'em the shaft. Still, I can't believe that any reseller would be dumb/dishonest enough to lie to you on purpose. Probably just a misunderstanding. But only the reseller can dld the stuff because CP doesn't give end users (even if you'v paid for the upgrades on the yearly basis) a username and password the the download area.
