Stephen, A good place to start is "fw monitor _options_" which allows you to look at packets at the various inspection points. You can also use "fw ctl debug _options_" and extract pretty much anything you want from the kernel driver, although I would advise against messing with it until you know that you know what you are doing. :) Of course, appropriate use of snoop/tcpdump or some similar utility could prove most useful.
