[FW1] Windows update site through Checkpoint firewall 1

Hi

 

I was wondering if anybody had any luck with getting the windows update site to work through checkpoint FW-1 4.1 sp2

is there any specific rule or option i need to add to allow this to work?

 

What happens is that it gets to the checking your system page and never goes any further.
