I would recommend that the server be what you are most familiar with. If you
understand UNIX then that would be a good option. If you understand the
Windows environment, then install it on either an NT or Windows 2000 server.
You need to understand the OS and its vulnerabilities.

Yes.
The Service Packs for Pro and Server are the same, btw.
Is there (as the other post suggests) a recommendation for the Server?
