RE: [FW1] [FW-1] Error msg using InstallU

I made the suggestion to the Checkpoint tech to try 'pkgadd', but he said
that since I was doing a standalone install on one box, it wasn't the
recommended way to do it. Apparently the problem I'm having is not very
common because he can't seem to find references to the error message I'm
getting in his database. He has escalated my issue and I'm supposed to be
hearing from a Level II engineer sometime today.

Thanks for your insight and let me know if you think of anything else.

Robert

Your posts are getting out correctly. I'm not sure what your problem may
be then. Essentially it does sound like a version problem but if your 100%
sure. Why not do the installation manually using the pkgadd command?
