RE: [FW1] FW-1 on Win2K
Mark,
you can't install the firewall on W2K directly from the auto run on the CD
(says 'Incompatible NT version SP4 or higher required). You have to
install manually the required components (browse in the \windows
directory, you will find the modules).

I know this sounds like a brainless post, but I really could use some
assistance. I have read on this list of experiences similar to mine: I
cannot get FW-1 to work on Win2K. In short, I have the 4.1.2 CD -> no go.
I have tried downloading the FW-1 SP2 tgz from the Checkpoint site (9.12MB),
and that will not install for me properly either. Is there another location
with the appropriate ZIP file with which others have experienced success?
Any help is appreciated.
