Make sure you turn of name resolution in the log viewer.
Go to Select-->Options and uncheck Resolve
Address.
Resolving all the IP addresses to their corresponding domain
names tend
to make the log viewer EXTREMELY slow, and
sometimes hang depending on how large your log file is.

Hi!
I'm using the logviewer (v4.1 SP2) on a windows 2000
professional
machine.
The FW
is on a Nokia IP 440.
After about 15 minutes the log
viewer hangs, sometimes the message 'Slow
response
from server...' comes up. The only way to get back to the
logging
is a kill and restart of the
application.
Any tips and solutions?
