As a long-time user a various AV packages used in conjunction with firewalls, all OPSEC products have had some failing or another. Most times a combination of FW-1's SMTP support and the AV product. I would recommend decoupling any antivirus products from the firewall, when possible. InterScan works well, as I'm sure, do others. Cheers, --- Gavin Adams Promisant Ltd.
