Hi Nooman, As I remember, you definitly need to install the FW-1 Version for 3.3. It differs from the one for 3.2.1. You can get it at the Check Point download site. Do you have any other software installed on the Nokia? The procedure is: - upgrade boot manager - upgrade IPSO - upgrade Check Point Don't forget to backup your $FWDIR/conf - directory from the box.
