It could be simpler than that. Make sure that your firewall object in the
rulebase is defined
as a 4.0 not a 3.0 Firewall.

Dear Rajesh,

The error you have mentioned is of putkey only but you need to delete
entries in fwauth.keys file (\fwdir\conf) first and then do the putkey
operation.
