[FW1] "not enough space" while installing policy

I have had this error a few times when installing policies:

Installing Security Policy /etc/fw/conf/fw1-1.pf on all.all@fw1
Installing Security Policy on fw1: Not enough space.
   Failed.

I have sufficient swap + RAM on the system.

I have a feeling this is related to memory allocated by FW-1. I have run
a "ps -aedfklm" and "top" looking for any culprits,
but cannot find anything. Disabling the "mdq" process suggested by an
earlier poster seems to free up approx. 8MB of
memory, which causes the fw load to work.

I have also tried allocating more memory to the firewall kernel loadable
module using "set fw:fwhmem" but this doesn't work.

This only happened after upgrading a service pack.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Rgds,

karim i.
