well,

the solution is NAT. I hope that not every workstation has to reach every
workstation on the other side. in this case I suggest to change the
IP-addresses on one side.

if you have only some servers you must be able to connect to - find an
unused ip-address (or network) and do manual NATs between this
networks. hide-nat for workstations and static NAT for servers.
