Rajesh,

Look at the email that you received for your license
key and look for Product line:

Product:            V-VEE-U-3DES (VPN-1 Enterprise
Encryption Center/U (3DES)

If you have a U in V-VEE-U-3DES then you have an
unlimited license.

Two more things to also look at:

1.  Make sure the interface with the ip address
202.0.106.99 is up.

2.  Make sure foonix1 resolve to 202.0.106.99.
