[FW1] errors in event viewer after upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1

After upgrading from 4.0 sp4 to 4.1 sp3 on windows nt4, sp6a. I am receiving
the following errors in the event viewer:

Bad file name in fw.logtrack,skipping line "987193767"

Bad normal file id in fw.logtrack, skipping line '987201045'

dtm-query_init: Failed to load DTM Query Dll c:\winnt\fw1\4.1\fwdtquery.dll
The specified module could not be found.

8021 Browser  - The browser was unable to retrieve a list of servers from
the browser master \\fwmngsvr on the network \device\netbt_N1001. The data
is error code.

Right now I have the fire module and management server on the same server.
Since I just upgraded to enterprise license I will be separating the two
modules. I would like to resolve these errors before proceeding to separate
the modules and install the stonebeat application.
