This was happening to one of our users once, removing SR and completely re-installing it seemed to solve it....

Hello all, I am getting the securemote error every 5 seconds. I login and
everything works fine but this window keeps popping up saying:
error: Communication with new site b2b has failed
but its working, why is this message constantly popping up? I am using
securemote on a windows NT4.0 service pack5 machine and I am using
securemote 4.1 service pack 1 build 4157. Any clues anybody?
