Sorry but
I do not understand what problem r u facing….. are u having no communication
thru the firewall or what… could be that u ve not turned the logs on for the
rules….would be nice if u could provide some more details of ur setup… can u
ping both sides of the firewall ??? please check that u r allowing ICMP before
that ….

Problems
Hie all the gurus
I have a small almost silly problem but it has
stopped the commissioning of a major project.
I want to transfer firewal-1 v4.0 from an old
less powerful NT4.0 box to a new NT4.0 powerful box using the same license . I
have installed firewall-1v4.0 on the new server successifuly and it has
accepted the license which is running on the old box. I have transferred all
the objects from the old box to the new box and installed a policy. The problem
now is that from the logview of the new box I don't see any traffic going in or
out all I see are the udp sessions(nbname, nbsession, rip etc) which are being
dropped and rejected.
What is the problem?
