RE: [FW1] Mail dequeue problems

I've had to deal with this issue several times, and CP is promising to solve
it with 5.x.

The best way to solve this problem is by turning on the rule, then moving
your
mail queue away from the spool directory. Once your spool is empty and the 
mail dequeuer is working, start injecting the mail in smaller chunks into
the 
spool directory. I've found that 1000-1500 messages is a manageable amount.

Once the mail is flushed, turn off your rule and you are golden.
