Hi, After you have rotate the logs, you can compress and move them to another filesystem with free space. This was how I am doing right now. Has anyone created a script for managing these old logs so they don't over run /var space? It creates a new log file and saves the old one with the date and time it was 'rotated' along with its name. You may add that to cron (or at under NT) in order to run it every day, week or month, depending on the severity of your log rules.
