[FW1] spool directory question




Hi all


I have a question about the mail that gets stuck in the spool directory. I understand that the ones that start with E are errors and the ones that start with R are in process. However I have several in my spool dir with E and R and they all look like errors. I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with them.

I have tried renaming some of the E to R and attempting to flush things out with fw mdq. However they don't seem to move. Mail is in general being processed, but there are a few problem emails. It seems like most of them are to the same domains.

Can anyone direct me for what I should be looking at to get these problem emails moving? I'm not sure why the mail isn't going out. In some cases, the user sent us an email and we are replying to them, so I wouldn't think the email address would be wrong. So far, I'm not getting a bounce message notice either.

Any help for these few problem emails?
