Problem solved. If yes, then are you on v4.1 sp2 or sp3? If you do, then you'll need to DISABLE 'flows' - log onto the Nokia site and search for the resloution document. Basicall, you need to issue the command: ipsofwd slowpath This will disable flows until the next reboot when you'll need to do it again. The article also describes how to disable it completely.
