[FW1] New FW failed to fetch policy

Hi all, 

I installed a new FW and trying to get an existing management to talk to the
new FW without much luck. 

I followed the suggestion from the FAQ and checked the following: 

/etc/hosts on FW and on management. The name match using local file instead
off the DNS. I did fwstop(on FW and Management)then fw putkey (on FW and Management).


fw putkey work fined. 

Then I did the fwstart on management first. Once mangement is up. 

I did fwstart on FW and I get the following messages: 

# fwstart 
FireWall-1: Starting fwd 

FireWall-1: Fetching Security Policy from (management IP)localhost 
Trying to fetch Security Policy from (management IP): 

Installing Security Policy new_testing_fw1 on all.all@localhostnamefw 

and it hang forever. Any suggestion???
