I managed to get it going ... it's somewhat disappointing to see that the
online tech support for intrusion.com is poor.

Did you set up your NAT route correctly?

Does the packet you mentioned in the log appear to be nice in the columns
'Xlated Src' as well 'Xlated Dest' ?

I've had no problems with the PDS I use.
